The challenge

Studio Kern sold presets through a bio tool, a separate checkout, and an analytics tool that none of it talked to. Reconciling a launch meant exporting three CSVs, and platform fees took ~9% of every sale.

What they did

  • Moved the storefront to Shop with pay-once and pay-what-you-want pricing, paid straight to Stripe.
  • Put an editable QR on every print package routing to a Shop drop.
  • Unified clicks, scans, and sales in Snipy Intelligence — one funnel, one report.
